Robyn Piper
Robyn Piper is the founder and president of Piper Jordan. She has overall
responsibility for the firm's business operations, including its regional operations and its several business units:
Limited-Benefit Health, Voluntary Worksite, Franchisee, Employer-Sponsored Health and Welfare Plans, and Benefit Plan
Consulting.
Robyn founded Piper Jordan in 2006 with a vision of launching and managing non-benefit eligible employee benefit
programs for large employers. Piper Jordan has since grown to be a leader in all voluntary employee benefit programs
in addition to adding its Employer-Sponsored Health and Welfare segment in 2009. Throughout her 19-year career in
benefits and benefits administration outsourcing, Robyn has an established history of driving teams to create
innovative and scalable solutions on a national basis that deliver value to clients and to members; enabling profitable
growth for her clients and employer-recognized ROI. Before founding Piper Jordan, Robyn was a vice-president of both
Lockton Companies and Willis North America. Due to her success, she was recently named one of only 25 Women to Watch
of 2010 by Business Insurance magazine.
Jay Jordan
Jay Jordan leads Piper Jordan's Voluntary Worksite and Franchisee segment and has responsibility for the firm's business
development and market relationships within this market focus. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to become one
of the most recognized names in the voluntary marketplace; representing an impressive portfolio of clients spanning the
retail, restaurant, gaming, security and fitness industries.
Jay's experience includes more than 26 years leading sales organizations. Prior to joining Piper Jordan, Jay served as
a senior vice-president at Lockton Companies and a vice-president for Willis North America. Jay's career began at
Northwestern Mutual where he continually demonstrated his sales and management expertise for nearly 10 years.
Marge Strysik
Marge Strysik works as the Director of Benefits and Compliance. In this role, Marge is involved with compliance review
of federal and state regulations as well as consulting with clients on same. She also develops client alerts on a variety
of topics including Health Care Reform. Marge has had an array of responsibilities with Piper Jordan such as benefit plan
design, implementations, communications, renewal strategy, as well as staff management.
Marge's experience has been varied in both compensation and benefits spanning over 30 years. Prior to Piper Jordan,
Marge has worked at an executive director level in a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, insurance,
government, hospitality, and financial services. Marge has a MBA from Loyola University (Chicago). Throughout her career,
she has participated in numerous training programs including ERISA and other benefit legislative areas, total rewards,
communications, and system interfaces.
